Sanjay Kapoor recalls growing up in 2 BHK with 1 AC in Chembur

Actor Sanjay Kapoor recently opened up about his modest beginnings in a new chat. The actor recalled how he and his family lived in a humble two-bedroom flat in Mumbai’s Chembur.
Speaking to YouTube channel, Time Out with Ankit, Sanjay shared, “We lived in a two-bedroom-hall apartment in Chembur. After my grandfather came to stay with us, he took over the room I shared with Reena (the actor’s sister). We would sleep on mattresses in the living room. We only had one AC in the house, which was in my mom and dad’s room, so sometimes I’d sleep on the sofa in their room at night.”
Sanjay Kapoor emphasised how his parents wanted the best education for him and his siblings, stating, “My parents didn’t travel abroad until they had sent the whole family overseas first. They ensured we had the best education and the most delicious food.”
On the work front, Sanjay Kapoor was last seen in the Netflix’s thriller, Murder Mubarak. The film also starred Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma and Dimple Kapadia among others.
